We will be dancing today in the NUM Headquarters in Barnsley as part of the event commemorating the Oaks Colliery Disaster in 1866. We will be performing the dance twice, and there will be other performances including a youth drama piece.

The event is in support of the unveling of the brand new monument to the disaster which will be unveiled in the centre of Barnsley on Sunday.

Come along and support us, and the hard work of the Oaks Colliery Disaster Memorial Committtee who have done such sterling work to erect this monument
